3090 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 3090 platform. By registering or using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the 3090 platform on any device or browser, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to continue using the platform.
The 3090 platform is only available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and legally eligible to participate in betting activities in their jurisdiction. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in their location.
3090 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Account Creation and Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 3090 platform. During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information. False or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or closed without warning.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 3090 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately.
3090 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals or when suspicious account activity is detected. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.
Users may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. 3090 also reserves the right to suspend or close an account in cases of terms violations, fraud, or platform abuse without being required to provide detailed reasons.
3. User Responsibilities and Usage Rules
As a user of the 3090 platform, you agree to:
- Using the platform solely for personal entertainment and lawful betting purposes, and not on behalf of any third party.
- Not using any automated software, bots, or unauthorised methods that could disrupt platform operations or gain an unfair advantage.
- Not attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with the platform's systems or security.
- Not abusing bonuses, promotions, or platform offers through dishonest means or in ways that conflict with the terms of those offers.
- Not using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful activity.
- Complying with all local laws and regulations applicable to online betting activities in Malaysia.
Any violation of the above rules may result in immediate account termination and balance freezing without compensation, as well as legal action where necessary.
4. Payments, Deposits and Transactions
All financial transactions on the 3090 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following rules govern deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions:
Deposits must be made using payment methods approved by the platform. Deposited funds must come from a legitimate source. 3090 reserves the right to decline or hold any deposit that raises concerns about its legitimacy.
Withdrawals can only be processed to the same account or payment method used for the original deposit, subject to successful identity verification. Processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method and may take between one to five business days.
Balances held in 3090 accounts do not earn interest. Funds in accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to inactivity fees in accordance with policies set from time to time.
In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit or debit, 3090 reserves the right to correct the error without prior notice. Users are required to report any discrepancies within 72 hours of the transaction date.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links

The 3090 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions, errors, or temporary unavailability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, 3090 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses resulting from betting outcomes.
Users acknowledge and agree that betting activities carry the risk of financial loss. 3090 is not responsible for any betting decisions made by users and makes no guarantees regarding the outcome of any wager.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 3090 platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of 3090 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, republish, or create derivative works from any platform content without explicit written permission from 3090.
Links to Third-Party Websites
The 3090 platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes only. 3090 has no control over the content of those websites and is not responsible for the privacy policies, content, or practices of any third-party site. Access to third-party websites is at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
3090 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the procedures established under applicable law.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed, while all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
